Mr Lee Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 It seems the nations primary flag carrier is going through some rough times as cited below .http://www.abs-cbnne...shave-3000-jobs I have often wondered why PAL had wasteful spending such as supplying snacks and drinks (besides water) on one or two hour flights, or their supply numerous meals on the international flights. It would seem that there would be other places to cut besides the working staff. PAL is also another Philippine company which has no customer service beyond the good service on their flights. I have emailed them a few times over the years to ask why my air miles expired since I flew with them every year internationally as well as within the country, and why a person has to fly 25,000 miles in a year and every year to keep their elite status because it seems they do not care about someone such as my wife and myself who traveled with them yearly and within the country for over 15 years and had many miles more than 25,000 every year but not within a calendar year. No brains up at the top as to how to keep their customers happy, the result is we now fly with other carriers and they lost two good customers.
