Jake Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I am camera-challenged... My right hand often shakes too much to take a non-blurry picture. This would be ideal for those days! Hey Bob, Isn't it too early in the morning for someone to ambush you regarding your right hand. I was hoping Mike S would come out and say something.....he, he.

Mike S Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Damn it Jake ...... some people have all the luck ...... :hystery: :hystery: :hystery: ..... just kidding Bob .... I'm sure that must be very annoying to say the least ..... I used to repair and collect pocket watches but had to cut out the repair as I got older because I couldn't keep my hands steady anymore .....
i am bob Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I can definitely say that it's annoying! On bad days I have to drink my coffee left handed - seriously! It's like in the movie "Airplane" where every time buddy tried to take a drink, it went over his shoulder! Some days I am like that and other days it's pretty smooth... Especially after a few beers! I have been working with some biofeedback techniques lately to see if I can control it hopefully... This was another part of why I am medically retired from the Air Force... Can you imagine how the pilot's felt when I would calibrate a flight computer to take them from 120 feet and 100 knots into a hover at 40 feet within just a couple seconds? It's such a sudden and slightly (?) violent maneuver that most rookies on their first transition toss their cookies very well! The pilot's for the test flight would see my hand shaking as I would sign in the aircraft to a "Serviceable State" and they would turn a little pale... So, of course, they would always invite me to come along - out of spite maybe? I'd have even more fun by starting to prayin a shaking and tearful voice over the intercom just as they would reach to hit the button for transition... Does that make me a bad man...? :mocking: And, now, back on topic...! I want me a pair of those!!!

Philippines is not on the Meritline list of countries they ship to. http://www.meritline.../t-faq.aspx#qi1 Dealing with Philippine Customs is such a pain many foreign companies simply steer clear of the country. A quick search on sulit.com found this. http://www.sulit.com...camera keychain

i am bob Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 If you have a car here is a good solution to ensure you can protect yourself with video/audio evidence. http://freedomcam.ne...ox_dashcam.html Oh, great! Just what I need!!! That dang camera facing forward is going to see everytime I pass some "hot babe" and I swerve across the center line... Or how many read lights and stop signs I just blow!!! And the rear and side cameras? Sure, now the cops have it on film as I try to toss my stash out the window when they's chasin' me... I can see it now... "Oh, look! There it goes!!!" Audio? You think somebody is gonna want to hear me singing after drinking those 26 Buds and a dozen shots of Jack? Or my fabulously famous pick-up line for the ladies? "Hey momma! Fifi!" That always gets them going for me!!! And ain't nobody gonna keep records of how fast I was goin'... I can't afford the tickets and insurance now! What's that? With the built-in GPS, the cops can find me no matter where I"m hiding? uuugghhh... Anybody wanna buy a 1976 Crown Vic with fuzzy dice and a frangs? Yes, sometimes I can see the other side of something good... Either that or I'm just a jerk! hehe! :mocking:
