I can help any that might need to shed a few pounds, and WANT to. After I had some serious spinal surgery that I was in a hospital for near a week, I ballooned up to well over 300 pounds and was on zoloft (no sex for you) as I was depressed. I did not need Jesus or anything, just some natural good old fashioned ambition, and ways to deal with the severe pain that came on those bad days...that did not consist of morphine. I used to be a fitness guru...with a decent resume. I can make you healthy, confident and feel better about life in general. Sure, we all like to get a buzz on booze on occasion, eat some junk and I am guilty as well...but I can make ANY man here aged 55 and under have 2-3 orgasms a day with no blue pills, provided your testosterone levels are not drained away. If that is the case, we will address that (blood test cheap here will let you know that number). You might ask, Inspector...how can YOU make me have three orgasms a day...I am 50. Well, aside from allowing you to see my shaved testicles and being gay once a month during my GF's PMS, we get you to LOSE weight first. That is the number one cause of impotence (and early death)...along with drinking too much. MODERATION is the key...and I can get you started on a healthy life. Do you realize that a 30 minute walk a day is as effective as 4 hours of UFC training when it comes to life extension? Talk to me...I am here for you....as a friend without asking for a cent...even have a gym with a new piece arriving each month 541.gif

Inspector, you are so kind as to offer to help guys that are overweight :541: but I guess my question would be why are there so many overweight people, and we all know that it is for many reasons and especially when we live in a first world country where there are many buffets and super sized meals, but I often wonder why I see very overweight younger men walking around the malls in the Philippines with young, sexy and often beautiful ladies by their sides. I scratch my head and wonder if those guys are even having sex more than once a month, or if at all.    :lol:  I know it is hot in the Philippines most of the time and that tend to make me want to eat less and stay inside an aircon home more often, and that often leads to more great for the health exercise    SugarwareZ-004.gif  and that would be the type of get into shape that I would recommend for the guys who need it.    SugarwareZ-007.gif Sex is supposed to be one of the best exercises, and if a young, overweight, virile looking man is with a young sexy lady, then it often makes me think that he must be impotent and taking Viagra or some other medication to get him going, and he must know that he can only take those meds every so often, so it tells me that if he was having plenty of sex then he would not have enough time to feed his mouth   SugarwareZ-047.gif  with food that is   SugarwareZ-007.gif   and he would probably be much slimmer and in better shape because of the great exercise that enough sex provides.    :yes:Now when I see an older man such as myself who is overweight, and as you know I am not really overweight for my size, then that tells me that they are getting older and their whole system is slowing down   :) and they cannot have those all nighters like they used to do.   :lol: Or at least not as often.    SugarwareZ-007.gif  Now when I see an older man, who is slim and smiling and he is with a nice looking young lady, then I know that he is a happy well satisfied man  :D  :yes: and especially so when the lady he is with is also always smiling and happy.    SugarwareZ-004.gif

Hello Inspector,I'm glad to hear that you have recovered from your spinal injury. Now that you're offering services as a fitness guru has given me a wet feeling.After reading Lee's post in which he has made references to certain types of "food" that enhances weight reduction as well as "indoor exercises", I wonder if you couldalso provide ophthalmologist service for my vision impairment. I've had cross-eyedvision for a long time due to prolonged "close up" viewing he, he....Regarding a "new piece" arriving each month to your gym, I will strut in with mypurple Danskins outfit. Of course, I will bring my own slippery soap....DOM forever -- JakePS -- once a sailor, always a sailor, hey shipmate?

I try to walk for 30 minutes before breakfast each day. Our compound is large enough that I can do my walking inside the walls. I toss the backetball around for about 15 minutes a few times a week too. It's good excercise chasing the ball. Then there's mowing the lawn and other odd jobs to maintain this place. (I wouldn't get enough excercise living in a condo.)I mostly cook eggs, bacon, pork steak and chicken and sometimes fish. I eat very little carbs, chips or sweets. I'm trying to avoid processed foods with chemicals and artificial ingredients. I normally only eat out once a month. I'm in my late 50s and weigh 129 lbs. which is around what I weighed in my 20s. I've had no vaccinations since 1972. I very rarely get sick. Eat fatty meat and butter. Eating fat prevents cancer..
