Art2ro Posted September 8, 2010 Posted September 8, 2010 That's 70% of the 36 million people already living in poverty out of the total population of 90 million+ people living in the Philippines, because the other 30% are being assisted by well to do foreigners that are benefactors to their Filipino spouses, girlfriends and their extended families! We Balikbayans, OFWs and foreign tourists help out in the scheme of things to aid in the Philippine's economy and to those under privileged people out of the 36 million people living in poverty! That's why immigration policies are getting better each year to promote tourism and or invite investors which makes it easier for all in coming to the Philippines for business ventures, to retire or just to visit! :36_1_68[1]:
