What I found interesting while researching the Pornography Laws were the following sections which might be used against anyone who were to bar fine a bar girl.Sec. 11. Use of Trafficked Persons. — Any person who buy or engages the services of trafficked persons for prostitution shall be penalized as follows:(a) First offense — six (6) months of community service as may be determined by the court and a fine of Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00); and(b) Second and subsequent offenses — Imprisonment of one (1) year and a fine of One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00).Sec. 14. Confiscation and Forfeiture of the Proceeds and Instruments Derived from Trafficking in Persons. — In addition to the penalty imposed for the violation of this Act, the court shall order the confiscation and forfeiture, in favor of the government, of all the proceeds and properties derived from the commission of the crime; unless they are the property of a third person not liable for the unlawful act: provided, however, that all awards for damages shall be taken from the personal and separate properties of the offender: provided further, that if such properties are insufficient, the balance shall be taken from the confiscated and forfeited properties.To me that would seem that anyone in the right mind would not wish to bring someone home to a property they own or they could face forfeiture of their property if the law were to be bent in that direction, and we all know the laws can be bent to suit whenever they feel like it in the Philippines.

I dont think it means the actual home of a person, means more like any financial gain from committing the crime, I have been in bars and got talking to girls and have barfined them and taken them out for a meal and see a show, just barfining a girl cannot be classed as commiting a crime,unless you are handing money over for sex, surely.

From what I hear, it is no longer called "Bar Fine". Now it is called "EWR" or "Early Work Release".

And another reason why the Philippines is not the right location for you,you have an attitude problem with life and are so judgmental that it hazes your mind so much it seems you are just stuck in your little world.Please don't use that reference to a lady working for a living again on this forum,walk a mile in someone else's shoes before you judge.

Exactly,that's what it is, the customer is paying the bar owner to allow the girl to leave before her shift is finished.This compensates for the loss of revenue she may of made the bar from ladies drinks.In my opinion unless you are in an caught in a sex act for a paid service then you are not doing anything illegal but when the pockets are empty for some law enforcements I'm sure the law will be shaped to clean you out.

Its the way you use the term to denounce a woman who sells her body for a living,what do you call a man who works with his hands?By that I mean what is the difference whether a person uses their hands to build something or another person who uses other parts of their body to make a living?And further more it shows you have no respect for women.

I beg to differ sir I do respect good women I just do not respect women who sell their bodies. what do I call a man who works with his hands I guess a handyman unless he makes art & then an artist or fixes cars then a mechanic & so on & so on but a women who sells her body is what she is so what do you call 1 who earns her living with her vigina & mouth & on her back :SugarwareZ-037: a back layer. :) I understand it is hard to earn money here but we see women doing it legally all the time so the smart 1's earn it the correct way & from what I see the others who get themselves knocked up early on in life which by the way shows their true worth of themselves to me take the foolish way :woohoo: I feel for them but will never respect their decision to lower themselves to that degree

So now you say the ones who got knocked up early in life are at fault,cant argue with that I guess! Wonder how it happened,oh might have taken two to make it happen?Just curious at your statement about true worth,when did you loose your virginity,hope you were married before it happen or did it happen at choir practice.Just for fun, could you do me an experiment? how about you don't eat for a week and have no access to money,while you are doing this think about how you will survive.
