Count us out...I have to fly back to the USA tomorrow as I have changed my flight with Asiana. I knew something was wrong when my left eye was seeing a large bright flash at the bottom, and then a dark spot in the same place with a heavy feeling. I went to a opthamologist at Davao Dorctor's Hospital yesterday to see if I could fly with an eye problem, and ask actually what was wrong (I had idea from internet) and he verified I had a torn retina and needed to get this dome FAST because it WILL lead to eventual blindness. I am now lying down, both eyes covered and will be surgery in the USA in a few days. Amazing what mom tells you as a kid...do NOT rub your eyes, as actually having a consequence and not just nagging. If they do the liquid gel procedure, it will be 2-3 months before I am allowed back on a plane (altitude pressure) ...so I might miss Lee. Hopefully it is 2 months and I am here at the end of April. All have a good time and think of the one eyed monster, because he is thinking of you.

OK, so the March get together in Cebu City, at a place to be announced later on, will be March 18 or 19th and start around 5 PM and go to whenever the last person leaves. Below is an update of who is coming so far.So far it is Tom (Boss Man) and his wife AnnOf course my ugly self and my beautiful wife and hopefully our adult daughters Charity and May and any of their teacher friends they may wish to bring.Frank and his lady, if we have it on the 18th because he leaves the night of the 19th and won't be able to come.Paul Ancienrock and his wife ElsaMike (Ekimswish) and his wife, if he is in country at the time????? Sorry it is a little confusing, Tom (Boss Man) wrote that we would all know where early Feb, but since I will not be there until Feb 10th and then I have some other personal things to deal with before going to lay the ground work in the places Tom has suggested to me, so therefore I changed his post and all succeeding posts to mid February which will still give everyone about one month to know where we will have the get together and since we all know when and that it will be somewhere in Cebu City, please mark all your calendars and please keep an eye on this section of the forum for updates.

We have decided to hold this years get together once again at The Ranch Restaurant in Banilad. The official date is Friday the 18th of March from 5pm onwards.If you have not posted your interest in attending then please do so,last year was a great fun event and I believe everyone had an enjoyable time so we hope that we can get to meet up with as many members as possible.

I do not know the answer to that but you are closer then we are. The Ranch is on the same road as the Country Mall (Banilad Road is what they told me it was called but it has another name on the map and is called ArchBishop Reyes down near us) and you pass Badgers, and pass the road to the Sandtrap by going over the flyover, then as you come down off the flyover bridge (which goes over AS Fortuna) you will see a walk overpass (skywalk), pull over right after the walkover and the Ranch will be right there on your right side. On the map below, it will be approx where the mouse arrow points and that is just past the walk over bridge that you will see as soon as you come over the fly over (Walk over shown in the other photo).
