I can cover the $2,000. $250,000 limit will pay for any serious issues and or fly me home. 3 weeks coverage cost me about $58. As for the STD and the other issues this man had, I can treat those myself at the local drug store. The bill of $2000 looks like he forgot the Kano Tax on top of the bill and VAT.
