He said he did not know they were underage and I find that in itself strange. Guys be careful to make sure the girl you are with is over 18 or suffer the consequences. A German national has been charged for allegedly molesting two female minors Wednesday afternoon in a motel in Talisay City. Operatives from the National Bureau of Investigation have rescued the two girls from Thomas Michael Ruhland, 38, temporarily residing in Sun Valley Subdivision, after one of the girls' father came to them for help. Prosecutor Floralil Albert of the Talisay City Prosecutor's Office, who handled yesterday's inquest proceedings, said the two girls, believed to be 16 and 17, are friends of Ruhland's former girlfriend hence he knows them. Based on reports, Ruhland brought the two girls in one of the rooms of a motel where he allegedly took pictures of them while naked. She was in a police station BTW, and the chief was telling the ladies NOT to take off your cloths for a click. Sort of too late as once it hits the internet, it's all over...but that got me thinking. Why do these sexpats need to do this? These are not even bargirls. Collection mentality, and trophies?...like a serial killer, but instead, a old pervert? Some even announce themselves as some sort of heroes doing this on web sites, again...the serial killer mentality, needing to be recognized for what they do? I've even seen trophy web sites, where these sicko's post their "catches" (no did not open it....just showed my GF off a google search)....IMHO, if their was ever justification of murder...it would these people, and oddly enough, so do most prisoners behind bars, and these twisted sexually freaks usually need protective custody once there. BTW, there is no excuse blaming any poor province girl for taking her cloths off...her or the parents. You simply can not tell others to respect or understand the culture, a culture of being absolutely dirt poor, en-educated and naive (many of these province girls think birth control is jumping up and down or standing on their heads after the deed)...so to say it's the GIRLS fault is laughable at best...in ANY situation. When some old perverted serial sex offender takes photos of his victims, he enters a world of "i don't even want to know what makes him tick"....and sadly, the pinays living here get too many from the bottom of barrel to choose from when it comes to foreigners that are single and live here. Agreed....nothing said about age... age of pervert needs, or difference of partners age. Just wondering the having to take nude, or even provocative photographs, from many of these sexpats towards un-educated and extremely poor girls . I'm sure a lot of these guys who get busted make it seem as though it was just private use or a one time posting thing, but in reality, they're probably big contributors to the porn sites, if not actually running their own, and making good(evil) money doing it. I assume money would be the big answer to Why? sexpats do it. Trophies, could be for sexpats and regular joes. A lot of people take pictures of their partners back home for trophy mentality. The difference being, back home landing a hot catch is actually something to be proud of, where here it's just cherry-picking. The people back home have a better idea of what could happen if they let pictures be taken, but go ahead because they love being "appreciated", even if they hope it doesn't land on the internet. Maybe the odd girlfriend here also likes to be "admired" with pictures, but has no idea that it will be on the internet (country girl), or does, but considers it a risk worth taking in hopes of landing this guy as her man, not entirely aware that she's being completely used. Trophy pictures are fair game if kept private, but because of the very real possibility of being posted on the internet, a girl with means should be careful, and a poor country girl should cross her fingers and hope for the best. That, or don't take them. If she says no, and is forced into it regardless, then that's a whole'nother crime. A guy who forces a girl into pictures against her will SHOULD be shot. A guy who just asks and she says yes is not a criminal. If he uses deception, he's a sleaze-bag, and maybe deserves a few punches to the gut and a rear-naked choke, but not exactly a bullet. The other reason, and hopefully the most common, for taking pictures is private use, especially in time-constrained relationships. I feel a whole lot better fiddling my diddle if I have pictures of my still sexy wife, than randoms on the internet.... and my wife feels better about it, too, since at least it's her who makes me happy. In the case of single guys taking pictures of random girls they've been with, that's cool too as long as they keep them for private usage. If the girl actually consented to sleep with this guy once AND take pictures, I'm sure she doesn't mind if he uses them for himself long after they've said good-bye. If she does, that's her fault.
