scianna54 Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 (edited) I posted a list of the rural banks offering those deposits last year on several web site, recommending interested investors (mostly foreigners) to go directly to the rural banks and not through Lagacy's recruiters. Remember, the names of the rural banks offering those deposits were kept as a secret by the recruiters. You never knew with which bank you would be investing. I even think that many investors didn't even step foot into the bank/s.Result:My posting was deleted on several forums due to the initiative of Dave Withall. That should say a lotI David. R. Whittall was the Author of that Adobe Acrobat Document, listing the 12 x Rural Banks of Legacy Finance Group (do you deny this?) that you are making available to people, after I removed it.You did NOT seek my permission to do this! This is breach of copywrite, if you did not know.If you do not voluntarily remove it, so i can keep my promise to VP Legacy Finance Group, Visayas, I will ask the Moderators to take steps to remove it.Sorry about that.Best regards,David R. Mr Lee Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Not sure what to make of that one Scianna, except to say that David does not post on this forum and has no control over what is allowed or what will be deleted on this forum. While I feel sorry for guys like him who were driven by their own greed, the people who invested with him and others, are the real losers in all of this. How can somebody claim copyright for a list of banks? There was obviously major monies involved in this pyramide scheme and far more than the 10 % commission low level sales associates pocketed. Pyramide scheme at it's best. I hope they will get him one way or another..
Jollygoodfellow Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 A few centavos may find their way back to investors. Maybe. Years from now.Anyone hear from David? Curious what his story is now. This was posted a few days ago by David on a yahoo groupWhy not offer HELP to Legacy Planholders instead of condemnation? Too much 'Crab Mentality' going on here!Is anything some of you guys are posting, doing ANYTHING towards HELPING those who put their money into the Legacy CONsoliDated Plans Inc Pre-Needs Buy Back Plan?No it's like 'Crabs in the bucket' trying to pull us down! Here we were, hoping to increase our capital and make a bit to defeat Inflation and actually be better off. It did not work out, so like CRABS you want us to lose it seems? All the posts are NEGATIVE - instead of offering help or useful, practical, suggestions.I have posted details of Senator MAR Roxas offering Free Legal assistance to PlanholdersSuch Pension Planholders in CEBU can go along to a meeting tonight @ Baseline, 6pm, and talk to Philip Piccio of PEP Coalition.ABS CBN reporter and TV Crew will be there (and GMA also). This is what I/we am doing to help by organizing such? All you can do, is post about bouncing checks, and culpability - that is NOT helping these PNBB plan holders, get their money back. Doing some research on 'ESTAFA' and 'BP22' Court Cases, might be a lot more helpful and productive?David & Salome Whittall
