While I was single and having a lot of fun before marrying my current wife, I tried that and ginseng and both worked well for me back then for those long all nighters, but both raise the blood pressure, so people should be careful when using them. I do not know where in the Philippines it might be bought but large vitamin shops such as the one in Cebu SM mall in the new section would probably have it since it is a supplement of sorts and I saw that they stocked just about everything there, or you can order it online and have it shipped in but you might end up paying duties on it that way. HERE is one place I found while doing a quick search. I will check out the store in SM Cebu the next time I am there and post again in this thread. GNC sells it and they have those stores in the Philippines since I have seen them in CDO, SM Cebu, and Ayala Cebu so if they do not have it in stock, then I would bet they would order it for you because the one in CDO offered to order anything I wanted the last time we were down there.
