The problem with the Philippines is they should collect the taxes in a different way. You visit somewhere and someone disturb you collecting a snorkeling fee, fee for this, fee for that. Departure fee, only country I know that has. Some restaurants add VAT, service charge etc. Why not present the bill like it is?
