Dave Hounddriver Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 They need to do that in a lot of areas. Here is an example in Cansaga Bay, Consolacion, Cebu. The Bay is choked with fish farms but there is still a small channel for canoes to get through. Now the local governement has built a small bridge across the bay with culverts for the water and fish to get through. Local entrepreneurs seem to think that by netting off the culvert they can catch every fish that comes though the bay, and they probably can. Wonder how many times they will have a catch before there are no fish left?
