Dave Hounddriver Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 Taal Volcano recorded 11 volcanic earthquakes during the past 24 hours.Taal Volcano in Batangas remained restive Tuesday, as state volcanologists recorded at least 11 quakes there in the last 24 hours.In its Tuesday update, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology also noted an increase in temperature of the water at the main crater lake."The seismic network around Taal Volcano recorded 11 volcanic earthquakes during the past 24 hours. Well at least Taal is a little smaller than Mt. Pinatubo!
