A friend of mine moved to rent a new place a few months ago. His initial couple of water bills were fine....usual consumption, about 10 units. 3rd bill was up to 20 units, didn't think much of it, just one of those things, tap left running somewhere or whatever. 4th bill was 35 units!Cut a long story short.... he discovered someone from nearby 'squatter' area had hacked into his line and was syphoning off water.Check your bills!

Often happens with the electric supply or anything else that can be hacked into.

If it was just the one person then you may be right. If you do not stop it then 12 of his closest friends will also help themselves to your water. If you still say nothing then you will be thought to be very generous and things will start to go missing like slippers, garden hose etc. Beyond that you it only gets worse. So you can tell us residents how generous you think you will be or you can learn from us, its up to you.

Yeah, that's fine as long as they don't fill their Olympic size swimming pool in their back yard and charge admission! mocking.gif
