Mr Lee Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 Interesting, seems the Philippines is finally starting to get high tech. Foreigners whose applications for Philippine visas have been approved may now see and download their approved visas from the Bureau of Immigration website.Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David said the web-based service of his agency is the first installment in a set of new public service features. He said the list of more than 400 accredited travel agencies and law firms may also be downloaded soon from the bureau’s website so foreigners can avoid transacting with fixers. David advised visa applicants to personally file their documents with the bureau.Link to this story
