Sometimes it is more like "one step forward and two steps backward" Especially in the Philippines!!!I still like the news about the Nuclear Plant built here when Marcos was still in control, never used, never opened and now going to be opened as a museum/tourist destination!!!!What can I say, if there were prizes to be handed out for countries that could find the most creative way to waste money.... Philippines would come near if not at the top!!!
