sonjack2847 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 I have read a few stories since I have been here, in the news, about people who get caught doing illegal things. I have noticed that many of them are " too ill to attend trial". Is this part of the Philippines culture? Is this that they will not take responsibility for their actions? How do they get away with it? I don`t want to put names here as I don`t want a knock on my door in the middle of the night.
Mike S Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Yes it is true ..... as soon as any high ranking person is about to be confronted with any type of criminal action they mysteriously become ill ..... now if it is because they got caught or to save face it still remains the same ..... a ploy to avoid prosecution ...... it never fails ..... I have watched numerous cases in the past 5 years and with the exception of a present one (and that one isn't over yet) ..... they have all had some sort of mysterious ailment occur at some time in their trial ..... but then have you also noticed that after the first few months of these high profile cases the news media quits reporting on them ..... strange ....

If I would be put in jail like that without done any illegal, it would be a risk I would get so angry  I would do some illegal to revenge when I get out so big risk I would end up in jail soon again  But perhaps I would launch it after I had left the country
