Mr Lee Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Well at least they do not say it was a foreigner who owned it, yet all the news may not be in yet. This is disgusting and I wish they would bring back the death sentence for people who take advantage of children. Wednesday, June 1, 2011CEBU CITY (Updated 5:50 p.m.) -- A couple from Cordova town was arrested Wednesday morning for allegedly maintaining a cybersex den where children as young as three years old perform live shows.A team from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Provincial Women and Children's Commission caught the couple in the act of taking videos of four children naked in front of the camera."Talagang mandidiri ka (It was really disgusting)," said NBI-Central Visayas Executive Officer Lauro Reyes.Vice Governor Agnes Magpale said the couple made their own children aged 3, 11, 13 and 15 perform live shows with a fee.Link to the actual story

Some people should not be allowed to have children! I enjoy sex like any other man does, and have enjoyed visiting places all around the world to do what adults do with other adults, around the world. But when it comes to children!!! Something is wrong with these people! No sentence or penalty will every correct the damage done to these children and how it will affect them for the rest of their lives.Lost for words, and just feel like being sick! Mr Lee Posted June 1, 2011 Author Posted June 1, 2011 What can any one say? Some people should not be allowed to have children! Something is wrong with these people! No sentence or penalty will every correct the damage done to these children and how it will affect them for the rest of their lives.Lost for words, and just feel like being sick! Papa Carl I have the personal experience of knowing a young lady who was abused as a child. I followed her and her case from the time just before her abuser was arrested and sentenced to life in prison for the second time in his life, and up until today because I know her uncle. The first time this sick bastard abused children came in New York, but he was let out after serving 20 years, he then moved to Florida and married a sister of someone I know and they had a child that he abused from the time the child was a baby, as well as other children he was able to pick up along the way. This sicko video taped the whole thing, so during his prosecution and preparation for his prosecution I was asked to watch some of the tapes, and I refused but did read the transcripts of what went on. How a human can do something like that to a child is beyond the reason of any human. His own video tapes hung him and he got life with no chance of parole the second time, and has lost over 80 pounds in the last few years, so I suspect he now has AIDS. He has been in jail since 1989 and I hope he dies in jail, and the sooner the better because he ruined that girls life and to this day she is unable to function as a person and is on disability and needs constant mental care. He also ruined the lives of some who had to watch those tapes because they tell me that they never can get it out of their minds. Life in prison was too good for scum like him. He is now 77 and the poor taxpayers have to pay to take care of such trash. Below is his photo, so they walk among us and look perfectly normal. I am happy to say that I helped to make his new life since 1989 a reality. IMHO people who do these things should be executed because they cannot be fixed. Mr Lee Posted June 4, 2011 Author Posted June 4, 2011 An update on this, seems they are charging the parents and just like all criminals who get caught, they say they won't do it again and would go out and get a good job if they were given a second chance, seems I have heard that story thousands of times in my life, so I wonder, if they could have gone out and gotten a good job in the first place, why did they do what they did, easy money, why work when you can have your kids do it for you, does anyone else see a pattern here? Amidst tears, the parents told reporters yesterday that they regret what they have done. They also asked for forgiveness and said they will find a decent job if they could only turn back time. They also asked the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to allow them to see their six children, but social worker Emma Patalinghug said they cannot grant the request. The complete story HERE Won't do it again!!! What has that got to do with it! They did it already! (If found guilty) and should never have the "Chance" to do it again!!!Having worked for years with convicted criminals, I know you hear everything from them. There are some things that cross the line when it comes to criminality, and this is one of them! No excuses, not .... it was done to me too, not I was not in control of myself, not I was drunk, using drugs etc etc etc. There are no acceptable reasons for this behaviour. We all must take ownership for our actions, and pay the consequences. I do not want to get into trouble here with getting into banned subjects, but the death penalty is is too good for these people in my view, and if I was a resident of the country they came from I would resent my taxes paying to keep them alive!Papa Carl
Call me bubba Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) Thanks Kuya Lee for the update. but it raises questions to me....(perhaps others) 1st. ""were watching them over an exclusive website.""where did they learn or know how to open up a "EXCLUSIVE website" how did they operate the "paypal" or funding aspects of this? seems that they had to have "non family" help, 2.if they had US customers ( the RP government/ those in charge persue this) they will be caught. . i say this .in other news/cases i have read the FBI goes after these cases.3.Meanwhile, the provincial government is planning to send the children to school. Vice Governor Agnes Magpale, co-chairperson of the Provincial Women’s Commission, said she is coordinating with DSWD in looking for nearby school where the children can be enrolled. She clarified, nevertheless, that the arrangement is temporary as they would have to look for relatives who can eventually care for the children while their parents are in jail.they .the local government, will enroll the children in school. thats very noble of them, but the "arrangement is temp"these children NEED A STABLE setting. some kind of psychological help.but they will only have a"temporary" before being returned to "relatives" should they have more of a LONG TERM GOAL than short time/term??4 The couple is also facing charges for violating Section 4 © of the law, which tackles the publishing, offering, transmitting, selling, distributing, broadcasting, advertising, promoting, exporting or importing any form of child pornography.does this mean , when an "underage" child views any type of material that is considered "pornographic" either at a "net cafe" or at home that the parents or store could be charged?5, Magpale said the victims have undergone a thorough medical and psychological examination. She said she is also making sure the mother will be given pre-natal care.this seems the "mother" (would post another name but dont want it to be deleted)is now pregnant with another child. .......without offending others. would this "mother" be a good candidate for family planning? she already has 6. Without "bashing" the CBCP , where is their reply? response to help these poor children? they always seem soo SILENT on these issues. maybe if they would talk about some other the "problems","issues" People would listen to them as they listen on the "rh "discussion.(again i dont mean to bash the CBCP or offend others about this post) i only write this . as what i read .day in .day out, i rarely . hear anything from them.) :th_thanx: Edited June 5, 2011 by ed villas
Call me bubba Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 2.If they had US customers ( the RP government/ those in charge pursue this) they will be caught. .I say this ,in other news/cases i have read, the FBI goes after these cases. It seems the US government is now going to provide assistance in this case,(did they read my expat post?) US justice dept. to support case 7/12/2011 The United States Department of Justice will assist the Provincial Women’s Commission in prosecuting the Cordova cyber pornography case, where a father and mother were arrested for exploiting their young children. “We’ll be working together with the prosecutor’s office to provide the witnesses whatever evidence they are asking,” said US Justice Attache Robert Courtney after meeting with Cebu Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale yesterday. The legal aid will be given under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty between the US and Philippine governments, which provides for the sharing of information and evidence in criminal investigation and prosecution. Courtney will be the contact person for evidence needed by the PWC. The June 1 raid in Cordova by the National Bureau of Investigation was preceded by surveillance aided by the US Department of Homeland Security in tracking down porn sites where live videos of the children were used. “This is a first of its kind,” said Magpale, referring to the US-Cebu collaboration under the treaty.(slightly edited ) http://cdn.ph/news_d...ls.php?id=10385
