Mr Lee Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 What will they think of next? I guess this will cut out ATM fraud as well as crimes where people kidnap and then take them to the ATM for cash, but I wonder what they will do with all the info they accumulate when and if this becomes worldwide? The world is getting smaller everyday and soon there will be nowhere a person will be able to go that govt's worldwide will not know where they are. A voice-measured polygraph to be installed in the electronic tellers of Russia's state-run Sberbank can tell if patrons are talking truth or hogwash in applying for a credit card or loan. They have them in some places but the customers have overwhelmingly used them to try to report banking problems, not real emergencies. An inventor came up with "reverse pin" software that would dispense cash but notify the police that the money was withdrawn under duress if the pin was input backwards but, so far, the banks aren't buying.
