Art2ro Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Dismantle all 3 HAARP sites ASAP and reroute the electricity (how many watts this HAARP puts out?) back to our U.S. energy grid system for our average consumer's usage and it will lessen the possibility of further damaging our planet via global warming, which the theory has been proven on a small scale just by watching the video clip!
