Alfred Csaba Bokor, 32, of Romania was found dead by his live-in partner, Jessiel Punting, 25, in their rented house along 5th Street Happy Valley Subdivision, Barangay Calamba Cebu City yesterday morning. Cebu City Police Office homicide investigator, SPO3 Ruth Violango told The FREEMAN that the victim tied one end of the belt around his neck and the other end to a cabinet handle. :sign0095:Another one that seems hard to imagine. It does not seem logical to sit in a chair with a belt around your neck and one end tied to a cabinet handle and somehow kill yourself, all the while being shltfaced drunk. But!
